Orr Consulting is led by Robert Orr, a senior transformation leader with extensive experience delivering complex strategy, digital and organisational change programmes.

Robert has spent his career managing major transformations across both public and private sectors, including strategy refresh programmes, operating model redesign, digital initiatives and enterprise-wide technology delivery. His background in programme and portfolio management brings strong discipline, governance and structure to every engagement.

Combining this delivery expertise with hands-on AI capability, Robert helps organisations understand where AI can add value, build the business cases to justify investment, and deliver AI initiatives that generate measurable business benefits.​​
