Orr Consulting is led by Robert Orr, a senior transformation leader with extensive experience delivering complex strategy, digital and organisational change programmes.

Robert has spent his career managing major transformations across both public and private sectors, including strategy refresh programmes, operating model redesign, digital initiatives and enterprise-wide technology delivery. His background in digital programme and project management brings strong discipline, governance and structure to every engagement.

Combining this delivery expertise with practical AI transformation capability, Robert helps organisations determine if, where and how AI can create measurable business value.

This includes assessing whether AI is appropriate, identifying and prioritising valuable opportunities, developing robust business cases and applying the AI-specific strategy, governance and delivery approaches required to implement initiatives with control and measurable outcomes.
