Orr Consulting is led by Robert Orr, a senior transformation leader with extensive experience delivering complex strategy, digital and organisational change programmes.

Robert has spent his career managing major transformations across both public and private sectors, including strategy refresh programmes, operating model redesign, digital initiatives and enterprise-wide technology delivery. His background in digital programme and project management brings strong discipline, governance and structure to every engagement.

Combining this delivery expertise with hands-on AI capability, Robert helps organisations apply a structured approach to AI transformation — identifying where AI can deliver meaningful benefits, building the business cases to support investment and delivering AI initiatives with control and measurable outcomes.
